You can raise a return request within 7 days of product delivery. - Eligible Reasons for Return:
- Damaged or broken item received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description
- Size/Style issue (only if mentioned eligible on product page)
- Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact
- Must include proof of purchase (order ID/email/number)
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or worn products
- Personalized or customized items
- Earrings due to hygiene, unless damaged/wrong item received
💸 Refunds – Fast & Transparent
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Refund Approval:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method. - Refund Modes:
- Prepaid orders → back to original account/UPI
- COD orders → UPI/bank transfer (you’ll be asked for details)
- Shipping Charges:
- If return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong product), full refund including shipping.
- For other returns, shipping charges may not be refunded.
